Tens of thousands of posts to this Internet site and its web communities since 1998 tell the story of our lives in and around the Linden and Boulevard Projects of East New York, Brooklyn, from the late 1950's to the mid 1970's. Without the medium of Cyberspace, our story might have remained untold --dispersed, diffuse, and lost to history as a cohesive whole. Instead, thousands of former residents have visited this site to supply a missing piece of the unique urban history we shared. Our remembered story, still unfolding in cyberspace, is a work in progress, increasing in depth and detail by the day; it will be updated through this archive page as it expands.
