Climbed on back of bus near A&S, wound up on Atlantic Avenue, hitched a ride to Utica Avenue, and walked home to Rockaway Parkway and Church Avenue, which was home at the time. All the while, had close to $1,000 in pocket to pay for upcoming vacation!

THANKS FOR THE UPDATED YEAR. I WAS A FRESHMAN IN JEFF NOV '65 GOING OUT WITH WALT STEINHANDLER. HE GOT OFF THE BUS ON PENN. AVE TO GO HOME TO STANLEY AVE.
