now the thing about the man on the roof WAS true, I'm certain of it, I remember they said a girl of seven was raped on the roof of my building at 270. Does anyone else remember that, know it's validity, and know who that little girl might have been or whether she even lived in our projects?

Now, this was not another urban legend, was it?
