Okay, this is the deal: the tech people set up another system, and I really think it's better. I tested both this and the other with the worst computer I could find on an old AOL browser. This new system was definitely steadier, more pleasant, more reliable. And I WAS able to stay in over the long haul.
So try it out, and please let me know how it works.
