Hi Felice. before i forget i'd love to get Mr. Sokolow's email address or whatever to be able to contact him personally. I think he is a great man BECAUSE he had such an incredible influence on us without, in any way that i can think of even now, ever even trying to impress anyone. I have incredible memories of him playing the "MTA song"...Oh he'll never return, no he'll never return..and his fate is still unlearned..he will ride forever from the 6th? st station....he's the man, who never returned." I still have a very clear images of the pictures that song gave me in my head when Mr. Sokolow sang it..seems he sang it every time. And he was our music teacher, so i only saw him..what..maybe once a week. A Great man.
