Entering the Chat Rooms
Before you can enter the chat room for the author chats or the panels, the chat interface will ask you to register with a username and a password. This is no big deal; it's just for the interface to keep track of all the users (and if you leave and come back later, it can remember you). Then it will ask for some basic information -- first and last name and e-mail address are required, but all the other fields are optional. And that's it -- enter all that, and you're in!
You'll find yourself then in the "lobby," where some other users might be hanging around talking. The events will take place in the Auditorium rooms, of which there are two. Check the con schedule to see which room any particular event is in. Enter that room, and enjoy the show!
