Kimberly Calder, MPS, recently joined the National Alliance of Breast Cancer Organizations (NABCO) as Associate Executive Director. Established in 1986, NABCO is the nation's leading non-profit information resource on breast cancer. From 1987 to 1996, Kim served as Director of Public Policy of Cancer Care, Inc., a social service agency for cancer patients and their families. She was a founding member of New Yorkers for Accessible Health Coverage (NYFAHC), as well as the National Breast Cancer Coalition. She has published, presented and testified on topics including pain management, investigational therapy, managed care and patient advocacy. Kim received a master's degree in health services administration from the New School for Social Research in New York.
